MARK partners with Credit Suisse Asset Management to build first phase of €1 billion pan-European city centre residential portfolio

DOMA will acquire and manage individual dwellings and small apartment complexes in core European cities and commuter belt locations
Platform will target an initial portfolio in excess of €250m by Gross Asset Value (GAV) across Germany and The Netherlands
DOMA already has 700 units under management, with assets in both countries
